The HOUSE of WARIS Botanicals wholesale portal allows wholesale customers to shop efficiently, track order status, and view previous order history.

Getting started:

To shop on the wholesale portal, you must first be approved as a wholesale customer.  To do this, follow these steps:

  • Go to
  • Click “Request Account” and fill out the form.
  • Once your account is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for creating a password for your account.

How to shop:

  • Login to your account at
  • To add items in your cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button.
    • You may change quantities by using the up and down arrow keys or entering a desired number in the box next to “Add to Cart” button.
  • Once complete, please click the “Go to Cart” button at the bottom of the page or on the shopping bag icon on top right of the screen.
  • Verify quantities and items that are in your cart, then click “Check Out.”
  • Follow the prompts to fill out your shipping address, select the shipping method, and make the payment to complete the order.

Payment Options:

We accept Paypal as well as all credit and debit cards of the following types: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How do I send money right away via PayPal using my bank account?

When you send a payment using your U.S. bank account, money is securely transferred from your bank account to the recipient’s PayPal account, usually within 30 minutes. The recipient will not see your bank information.

Note: you must have a valid debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account to act as a backup payment method. We will use your backup payment method if the original payment does not clear through your bank account.

Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds or credits, however we do provide replacements.

Upon receipt of the ceramics, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Similarly, within 7 days of receipt of your tea, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us and you may exchange your tea for a replacement.

Returns are not accepted for custom items.

Processing Times:

Orders will ship out in approximately 3-5 business days.  Shipments originate in the New York area, and transit times vary.

Shipping Policy:

Most domestic wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination and are shown at checkout. Express options are available.

For international orders, all duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are shipped via DHL and delivered by local post.
